Jakarta, 26 Juni 2025<\/strong> \u2014 Pemerintah melalui Direktorat Jenderal Pajak (DJP) resmi mengumumkan rencana pemberlakuan pajak terhadap pedagang yang berjualan di platform e-commerce seperti Tokopedia dan Shopee. Kebijakan ini bertujuan untuk menciptakan keadilan pajak antara pelaku usaha daring dan luring.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mulai kuartal ketiga tahun 2025, setiap pelapak online dengan omzet tertentu akan diwajibkan memiliki Nomor Pokok Wajib Pajak (NPWP) dan melaporkan penghasilannya secara berkala. Pemungutan dan pelaporan pajak akan dilakukan secara otomatis melalui sistem yang terintegrasi dengan platform marketplace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Kami ingin memastikan bahwa semua pelaku usaha, baik offline maupun online, berada di level playing field yang sama. Ini bukan soal mempersulit, tapi soal keadilan fiskal,” ujar Direktur Jenderal Pajak, Dwi Haryadi, dalam konferensi pers hari ini.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Menurut DJP, pedagang dengan omzet tahunan di atas Rp500 juta akan masuk dalam kategori wajib pajak. Mereka akan dikenai Pajak Penghasilan (PPh) sesuai ketentuan yang berlaku, sementara yang beromzet di bawah ambang batas akan tetap dibina dan diawasi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pihak Tokopedia dan Shopee menyatakan dukungan atas kebijakan ini dan akan memberikan panduan teknis kepada para penjual. Meski begitu, tidak sedikit pelapak yang mengaku khawatir dengan dampaknya terhadap margin keuntungan dan daya saing harga.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
